I don’t live in the USA. Can I still have a bag made?
Yes, we accept orders anywhere in the world. Please consider that you will be paying shipping costs both ways.
Do you only work with leather jackets?
No. We also work with suede, fur, letterman jackets, wool coats, skirts, pants, old bags etc.
Do you make mens bags?
Yes, but remember that mens bags typically have a more structured form and a lot of our bags have a bit of slouchiness. This is often due to the thin nature of many leather jackets. If you have a jacket with a high quality, thicker leather, it will be more suited for a more structured bag such as a duffle, messenger or briefcase.
I don’t see anything I like on your website. Can you make me a custom bag?
Yes, we get a lot of requests for custom bags. Please email us about what you have in mind. They typically cost a bit more than the bags on our order page because we will need to spend extra time designing a new pattern.
Do you make wallets?
No, we don’t make have the proper machinery to make wallets.
Can I come to your studio for a consultation?
Yes, please do! I love meeting customers and hearing the stories behind their jackets. We are located in the Park Slope/Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. If you live in NYC or will be visiting, email me for an appointment at email@example.com.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the USA via the US Postal Service.
Shipping internationally is approximately $30 via the US Postal Service. We will contact you by email if additional shipping costs are required after you place your order. We are unable to insure packages that are shipped internationally. Shipping time varies by country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery and will refund your money via PayPal. We do not accept returns of custom or Remade-to-Order bags.
Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and insured for the full value.
For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs when sending your merchandise back to us.
Merchandise must be unused and returned in the original condition it was shipped.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise and completed form. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping fees.
